Halloween!

Yet another Halloween has come and gone! This was Rebecca's first year at school and she got to participate in the Elementary School's Halloween parade! She had so much fun! What a wonderful tradition this is! When I was in kindergarten we did the same thing, however, we got to walk down main street and the businesses gave out candy on the sidewalk. Now, they walk to the track and parents get to watch them walk around the track. Even though it has changed it is still an awesome tradition! I even got to go to the school and help with the parade and found out that a lot of mothers really want to do this and only a select few get to do it! I felt really blessed to be there with Rebecca and glad that I got to make some friendships with the moms in Rebecca's class! She has a big class and there are a lot of cute kiddos!!

After some down time in the afternoon, we got ready for the annual Trunk-or-Treat! Love this tradition too! The Wanship community gets together at the Wanship park and we eat and trick or treat to everyone's cars! It has grown each year and the kids come back with a whole bunch of candy!

The girls were so tired by the end of the night that they had fallen asleep in the car on the way back to the house. Haha! We live maybe 2 minutes away from the park! Can't wait till next year!
